About

👋 Hello! I’m Adam James

I’m an experienced educator and digital content specialist with a background that bridges the creative, educational, and heritage sectors. After spending over a decade teaching English in Taiwan, I’ve recently returned to the UK to settle with my wife and son in Norfolk. Now, I’m excited to apply my skills in education, training, and digital media to new challenges here at home and online.

My Journey

With a BA in Digital Art & Design and a CELTA English teaching qualification, my career has blended creativity with communication. I’ve taught in cram schools, kindergartens, and online classrooms, adapting lessons to suit different learners and cultures. I’ve also worked in digital archiving and media production, restoring historical content, designing promotional materials, and supporting creative industry clients. I have worked on outreach projects in online education including a Media Studies Blackboard course and an Articulate Archive course.

I thrive at the intersection of education and digital technology, whether it’s designing engaging online content, delivering training sessions, or supporting learners and teams with digital tools.
